ہاتھ اوپر کرے تو سر ڈوبے
دیدہ و عارض و لب و ابرو
آنسوؤں میں سبھی نگر ڈوبے
خون کی سیل ہے بچاؤں کیا
آنکھ کی سوچوں تو جگر ڈوبے
کس کو معلوم ہے خبر کس کو
آج کی رات کس کا گھر ڈوبے
ساحلوں پر ہے کچھ بھنور میں کچھ
کچھ مری طرح پار اتر ڈوبے
