جدا بھی ہو کے وہ اک پل کبھی جدا نہ ہوا
جی نہیں لگتا کتابوں میں کتابیں کیا کریں
ان چٹختے پتھروں پر پاؤں دھرنا دھیان سے
ہر گام پہ آوارگی و در بدری میں
گرفت زیست میں ہوں قید بے حصار میں ہوں
اک بے ثبات عکس بنا بے نشاں گیا
دور تک چاروں طرف میرے سوا کوئی نہ تھا
ایسا تہ افلاک خرابہ نہیں کوئی
