اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ الَّذِيۡنَ حَقَّ عَلَيۡهِمُ الۡقَوۡلُ فِىۡۤ اُمَمٍ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِهِمۡ مِّنَ الۡجِنِّ وَالۡاِنۡسِؕ اِنَّهُمۡ كَانُوۡا خٰسِرِيۡنَ﴿۱۸﴾
یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن کے بارے میں جنوں اور انسانوں کی (دوسری) اُمتوں میں سے جو ان سے پہلے گزر چکیں عذاب کا وعدہ متحقق ہوگیا۔ بےشک وہ نقصان اٹھانے والے تھے﴿۱۸﴾
Such are those on whom the Word concerning nations of the jinn and mankind which have passed away before them hath effect. Lo! they are the losers.﴾18﴿
