قَالَ اَمَّا مَنۡ ظَلَمَ فَسَوۡفَ نُعَذِّبُهٗ ثُمَّ يُرَدُّ اِلٰى رَبِّهٖ فَيُعَذِّبُهٗ عَذَابًا نُّكۡرًا﴿۸۷﴾
ذوالقرنین نے کہا کہ جو (کفر وبدکرداری سے) ظلم کرے گا اسے ہم عذاب دیں گے۔ پھر (جب) وہ اپنے پروردگار کی طرف لوٹایا جائے گا تو وہ بھی اسے بُرا عذاب دے گا﴿۸۷﴾
He said: As for him who doeth wrong, we shall punish him, and then he will be brought back unto his Lord, Who will punish him with awful punishment!﴾87﴿
